VA: PF CHANGS & HERNDON NEDS

Our 1st night back in VA we went to PF Changs for some yummy Chinese food! I had been dying to have some Changs!!! I hadn't had any for almost a year! Myself, Steve, Emily, Natalie & the newly engaged couple Amanda & Justin went out to celebrate a handful of things! To our surprise Nick Tedesco joined us! It was a fun low key dinner!...Afterwards a few of us headed up to Neds in Herndon to see my good friends Paul, Jay, Matt, BJ, Michelle, Dan, Kristy, Brian, Milan..etc! Of course we had a blast! I wouldn't have expected anything less from that crew! ;)

2. I purchased this dress a few weeks ago from my new fav online store... (www.15dollarstore.com) Thought it was perfect for the spring! I can't wait till the warm weather gets here.... (don't mind the hair dye on the door...HA!)

KELLY CLARKSON

It's official....my life would def suck w/o Kelly Clarkson! ;)....Thanks to Natalie for informing me that Kelly's CD actually came out last week I went & picked up my copy @ Target yesterday! Of course I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! My fav tracks are 1, 6, 8 & 12! Her CD almost has a Saving Jane/Colbie Caillat vibe to it...If you haven’t purchased yours yet I would highly suggest you do so sometime soon!!!

SUNFLOWERS

When Steve & I walked in the door from VA Sun night I came home to a bright bouquet of (my favorite!!!) sunflowers!!! After just a few mins I found out they were from my good friend Amy who lives up here in RI! Not only did she check in on Molly & Kippy that day but she left me these....How freakin sweet!!! She's so good to me!...Of course I had to take some photos of them....& of course I had to throw in an "artsy" shot as well!

BOSTON OR BUST

Yep! That's right! We are heading to Boston Saturday morning through Sunday to meet up w/ Miss Michelle aka Meesh aka Dan Hall's laaaaady! ;).....Michelle is there for work but has some downtime to play in the city! Myself, Steve & a few friends are heading out that way to sight see, shop, eat & celebrate St. Patty's Day with her Saturday evening! Woo! Hoo! We are very excited! It will be so nice to see a good friend from home! Check out the hotel Michelle is staying in! We will be crashing on the floor but who cares, this place is beautiful!

HAPPY 50TH BARBIE

I just searched all of my old shutterfly photos in hopes to find a picture of myself with my sweet baby yellow Barbie baby doll tee...no luck finding it though! Bummer! If I do I will make sure I post it in honor of Barbie's 50th birthday! (a bit belated...it was actually on the 9th)

EXCITING NEWS

1. We had our honeymoon travel agency appointment the other night!!!!! Woo! Hoo! Steve & I have come up w/ a few ideas of our own but also took our travel agent's advice & are going to look into a few places she suggested for us as well. We honestly don’t care where we go as long as it's for 10 nights & it's a tropical all-inclusive romantic resort!!! And of course somewhere that is safe & out of the way of any possible hurricanes. We have been looking at a few Riviera Maya resorts & have come across some beautiful ones, but who knows, we could end up somewhere else!!! Ahhhhh! We can't wait!!!!! :)

2. Tomorrow we will have officially started hunting for houses!!!!! SEE, I told you I have some exciting news! ;) We plan on looking in CT since we can get more for our money. We also decided this was best since we would like to be close to our CT friends & of course Steve's family! We have been looking online a lot & have driven through many new developments. Finally we will actually get to go inside our 1st house!!! Our goal is to be in our new pad before our September 5th wedding....IF all goes well. Wish us luck!!!!! :)

Does anyone out there know how to turn a few photos into a vertical photo booth styled photo? I have googled this but haven’t had much luck of running across any FREE or CHEAP programs/websites to do so! Email me if you have any helpful info! :)

A POSSIBLE NEW ADDITION

Thanks to Mr. Adam LaFlesh aka MOTH..... THIS is what the outcome would look like if Kippy & Steve's eggs actually hatched! Im thinking its a good thing she isnt fertile. But if she was, what name would you suggest for this creative creature? Any ideas?

BRUSH EM, BRUSH EM, BRUSH EM

So there are a few things I have been doing in preparation for our wedding day! One big thing is that I have been really trying to take care of & improve the appearance of my teeth. Who doesnt want "perfect" looking teeth when walking down the aisle? :) Two of the things I have been doing is....1. Invisilign...I'm actually almost done w/ the process! Since I moved from VA to RI I finally was able to transfer my records & last 2 sets to my new Invisilign office. I should be back on track in a few weeks & should see a huge improvement between now & September! After I am done w/ the process I will finally be able to fix the tooth that Tiffany (& my beer bottle) chipped @ Pam & Joe's wedding! HA!.....2. Whitening...I currently live by these awesome Crest Advanced Seal Whitening Strips! They don’t slip off your teeth & they aren’t messy! I would def recommend these over any other brand or past strip that Crest has come out with...To top off the whitening though I just started using this pretty sweet Pulsar toothbrush by Oral B! It’s the best thing since an electric one! It must be battery powered or something bc it vibrates once you hit the “plus” (+) sign on the handle! I guess you know to get a new one when it looses its power...very cool.

Check out the new cover of UK's ELLE magazine! I love this shot of her! Most of the time she is seen in a white shirt, jeans or a plain black dress/pant suit of some sort. I love how she changed things up...even just a bit!

CANDIE'S

Speaking of Britney Spears....she has just been named CANDIE'S new spokesperson! I have seen a few sneak peaks of her new pieces @ Kohl's on TV & online. One word: ADORABLE!

RUN BOY

Sooo it looks like Taryn Manning is dipping her toes in the music scene....Check out her new song & video for "Run Boy"! Tell me what you think....I actually kinda like it....her video seems to have a mix of Miss Britney & Rainbow Brite w/ that lil star near her eye! ;)

WINTER WONDERLAND

Our winter wonderland in March...sooo pretty...yet sooo annoying! ;) SPRING can't get here soon enough!

GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS...& MORE

1. This weekend we went into Plainfield to hang w/ the crew...We had a BLAST!!! It was such a simple night w/ simply good friends! The night was pretty much all about us girls & our cameras! Many cameras I might add...HA! Thanks to the boys for being such troopers! We had them taking photos of us left & right all night long in Sue & Bryan's kitchen. I had such a wonderful time w/ everyone....we drank, laughed, told stories, became very hyper & then eventually went to the new local bar Happy Jacks for about an hour later on. BUT the majority of our fun was right here (see below)....& to top it all off I finally met Tanya who I had been hearing about for quite a while. She made such a lovely addition to the fabulously fun filled evening... PLUS I think I may have met my competition when it comes to photo taking! :)
