Buttonwood Farm…the cutest place ever! Yes Natalie…it’s very much like Frying Pan Park…BUT without the yummy ice cream! Steve, myself, Steve’s brother Matt, sister-in-law Nichole & lil niece (cutie pie) Leah all went to the farm for a hayride, some pumpkin picking & of course yes the ice cream. The hayride was so much fun…I’m such a dork; I know…but again I love the little things! Halfway through the ride the driver stopped in the middle of a bunch of cows! He let us feed them hay for about 10 mins. I have never gotten so close to a cow let alone let them eat from my hands…their tongues were HUGE & felt almost like sand paper…such a cool experience! We all got such a kick out of that! I can’t wait to go back again next June-July….that’s when the beautiful field of sunflowers are still in bloom!!! Happy (belated now) Birthday Missy!....Here are the photos from her surprise party @ Coreen’s house. Coreen works with Steve @ CVS…& Missy & Coreen are best friends…just so you understand the connection. Coreen & her fiancé Chris hosted Missy’s surprise birthday party @ their house Saturday night in *NORTH*(HA) Attleboro, Mass. We had such a great time! I met some really great people that night! The party was a martini theme, as if you couldn’t tell…1 room was the lemon martini room, 1 was the watermelon martini room & 1 room was the chocolate martini room. Cute huh?...All in all it was an awesome evening! This crowd always seems to make me feel right at home!

Last Wednesday Lisa my COX buddy invited myself & Stephanie my other COX buddy to a FREE dinner @ the Sheraton! They had just finished their renovations & wanted to show off the new digs! The 3 of us had a great time, enjoyed some great company, made some really pretty Fall potpourri candle decorations & enjoyed a great dinner w/ a few great drinks! Afterwards we were given a tour of the hotel…I never did see the before but the after looked amazing! Thanks again Lisa for inviting me!

BELLA

Bella…ella…ella…ella…Sooo tonight we are FINALLY checking out the Italian restaurant Bella! My co-worker DJ has been suggesting this place since the 1st day I got here. Myself, Steve, Tom & Heidi are going double date style this fine evening! We are taking advantage of the “2 for 1” deal which includes an appetizer, entrée, bottle of wine, dessert & coffee for $40 total! I am sooo excited about this! My mouth is already watering! Can’t wait to tell you all about it tomorrow!

WEEKEND IN VA PHOTOS

FIRST…If you haven’t read the blog I wrote before this one you should really do that before you continue…..Here are some of the good ones from my weekend in VA! As you know Steve & I flew in for my 10 year High School reunion & Maddy's 5th birthday party! We had such a great time yet it was a VERY busy weekend! Friday I dragged Steve around to meet my old co-workers at Sprint, afterwards we went to dinner with Mom, Dad, Ash, Lou & Maddy & then off to the (non official) reunion Backyard Bar & Grill in Chantilly, that night we crashed at Amanda & Justin’s house in Centreville and had a VERY interesting sleep over there…HA! Saturday we went to lunch w/ Natalie & Tracy & then hung out all day at Ashley & Louis’s townhouse in Leesburg w/ family & friends while watching Madeline open up her presents & devour her birthday cake! Saturday night Rebecca stopped by to show off her pregnant belly & Emily came over later on to spend some more time with us! Sunday we went back to my parent’s house in Charles Town, WV to eat lunch & watch the Redskins win their game before we headed back to BWI airport! It was a lot in just a few days….we totally can’t wait for our trip back around Christmas time, hopefully it will be a lil more relaxing & a lil less driving! (CLICK ON EACH PHOTO TO ENLARGE!)
