During my lunch break today I went to the City Hall in Providence to pick up a copy of our marriage certificate so I can start the process of changing my last name! YAY! It's official-official! ;)

PIZZA PIZZA

After work we are heading to Amy & Jacob's house for pizza in Smithfield, RI! Their old co-worker Sharon is moving away from the area, so they are hosting a lil goodbye gathering. Fun stuff! I so can’t wait to eat. I am STARVING. BUT also, I sooo can't wait to check out their new decorations & paint! They have been working hard giving their home a makeover! That is all.

YEEE HAWWW

I have moved to the country-I am finally admitting that to myself. OMG. I would have never thought I'd end up owning one of these...never ever. But now we do. We purchased this new "non" toy from our fabulous friends Josh & Michelle last night. Steve's reason for needing a 4 wheeler is so that we can plow our super long driveway this winter & the rest of the winters in our future. He swears he's not going to use it as a toy. Mmmm Hmmm.... riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Not that I care or anything, I just worry! You always hear of awful 4 wheeling accidents! Funny I mention that since a co-worker stopped by my desk to tell me he broke a few ribs by flying off the back of one the other night. GREAT. Goodness....I will have to admit, even though when Steve took me for a ride on it last night I was a bit nervous, it was a lil fun! This will be the closest to me ever getting on a motorcycle I’m thinking. HA! Anyway...I just wanted to share the news of our recent big purchase! Hopefully it will help a "snow load" (get it?) once the flakes start falling!

Autumn will officially be here @ 5:18pm this evening! Crazy! I love Fall but how depressing! Summer flew by WAY TOO FAST! I knew that would happen once we returned from our honeymoon-I just had that feeling. As much as I love the pretty colors of the changing leaves I am sad to see this past season come to an end. I am a bit excited though! I am def looking forward to Halloween, our new Fall/Halloween house decorations, pumpkin patches, my 1st apple picking experience, hay/carriage rides, sweaters, (new) suede boots, Thanksgiving, Redskins football (& OK, yes, the Patriots too), my 29th birthday, yard work & apple pie.

OUR WEDDING GIFTS TO EACH OTHER

These are the gifts that Steve & I got each other for our wedding. I opened up my gift the night of our rehearsal & Steve opened up his the morning of our wedding. I wrote a sweet letter for him & he wrote a sweet note on a card for me. What a fun wedding tradition to follow! We both totally made out with our surprises for one another! High five to both of us!.....Sooo many of you have been asking about this, sooo here you go!

This is my new Canon Powershot SX10IS 10MP Digital Camera with 20x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom! We used it a lot on the honeymoon! It takes BEAUTIFUL-SUPER CLEAR photos!

This is Steve's new Guinness beer fridge for his future "Man Town" in (part of---HA!) o) the basement! Once we (hopefully) finish it this winter he will get to use it on a regular basis!

~*~OUR WEDDING & HONEYMOON~*~

The time has come...just a few more hours left at work to finish up things. Friends & Family have already started piling in! We are having visitors tonight & all throughout tomorrow to see our new house! Steve & I check into the hotel Thurs night! I can’t believe it’s here...it's FINALLY here!!! 9 months of planning. We are officially down to the wire. All of the decorations, DIY (do it yourself) ideas & projects, purchases, tears, shopping trips, appointments, schedules, documents, emails, smiles, phone calls, payments-payments-payments, etc! What a huge process! As fun as it's been planning the big event it definitely takes a lot of energy out of a person! I am crossing my fingers it all comes together; myself and our families put so much hard work into everything. I sure hope it’s all we've been imagining and more! We can’t wait to have all of our loved ones with us, all in one place. What an amazing feeling it will be to be surrounded by so much love! I can't wait! Anyway, I am done blogging until we return from our honeymoon in Mexico on the 21st. I just wanted to say hello & goodbye to all of you one last time before shutting down.
