My name is Shannon...I’m a 30 year old female who grew up in Northern, VA & never thought I would leave. But in November of 2006 I was swept off my feet by my prince charming & now husband; Steven at our mutual friend's wedding---we were actually paired up to walk down the aisle together! In June of 2008 I had to follow my heart & move to Sterling, CT to be with him after doing the long distance thing for roughly a year & a 1/2. I left behind my family & friends & am completely out of my element...but that’s OK, because I’m getting used to it...slowly but surely. My blog is all about my new journey up North & a fun way to keep everyone up to date on what I’m doing these days---including celeb gossip, coupon deals, fashion, music, a lil bit of this & a lil bit of that...soooo ENJOY! :) PS: Please come visit me!!!
