They love smoking, scrunchies, homecoming/prom shoes circa 1990-2000, long strap “mom” purses & bright funky fake nails…

girl, you could so be cher from clueless giving people makeovers. maybe you can be the fashion inspiration for rhode island. whatever you do, don't regress to the 90's styles. especially the hair scrunchies!!!
