GARTH???
Sooo rumor has it Mandy Moore just got engaged to her on again/off again rocker dude Ryan Adams. I am a HUGE fan of Miss Mandy...but for some reason every time I see her now fiancé in photos I think about Garth from "Wayne's World". Is it just me or does anyone else see the resemblance??? I think Ryan looks better as a brunette.

OH I see it alright... Whenever they show pictures of them on Inside Edition or E! I say out loud EW WHAT WAS SHE THINKING!?
